1. Service Description
Compressly provides the following on-device tools:
- Identify similar, duplicate photos and videos
- Compress photos and videos
- Choose from multiple compression quality levels
- Manage private albums (store and protect private photos and videos)
- Manage contacts (filter duplicate contacts, identify incomplete contacts, back up contacts, view all contacts)
- Slide to organize (categorize and organize albums by swiping)
All features run locally on your device.
2. User Responsibility
2.1 User Responsibility and Conduct
You have full ownership and responsibility for all content imported, created, or stored in the private space of this application (hereinafter referred to as “User Content”). You warrant and represent:
- You have the legal right to access, use, store, and share user content (where applicable) without infringing on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
- User content must not violate any laws, regulations, or public policies, and must not contain illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, infringing, discriminatory, or other objectionable content.
- You may not use this application to store, transmit, or distribute any content containing malware, viruses, spyware, or any other harmful code.
2.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use this application for any commercial, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble this application, attempt to extract its source code, or create derivative works based on this application or any part thereof, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the application, its servers, or associated networks, including but not limited to sending spam, overloading systems, or using malware.
- Bypassing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with the application's security features, or restricting or blocking the use or copying of any content.
- Renting, leasing, sublicensing, distributing, selling, transferring, or otherwise providing this application or its features to any third party.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the application, user accounts, or any data or systems associated with the application.
3. Eligibility
You must be 13 years of age or older (or the minimum legal age as required by law in your jurisdiction) to use this application. By using this application, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. This application is not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly allow minors to use it.
4. Requested Permissions
This application only requests the minimum permissions required to operate:
- Photo Gallery Access
Clean up similar and duplicate photos and videos
Allow you to compress photos, videos, or live photos;
Manage your album by swiping to delete;
Add pictures or videos to your private space.
Related files will be processed locally on your device and will never leave your device.
- Contact Access Permissions
This permission helps you filter duplicate contacts, incomplete contacts, and view all contacts; it also supports contact backups. All contact data is processed and stored locally on your device; no contact information is uploaded to any server or shared with third parties.
You can revoke these permissions at any time in your iOS system settings. Some functions may not function properly without the required permissions.
5. Data and Files
- All media files and contact data remain on your device.
- We do not access, upload, or store any of your content (including photos, videos, and contact information).
6. Disclaimer
This app is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- Compression results or contact organization results will meet specific expectations
- Data will never be lost
- This application is bug-free on all devices
Please use this application at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of data (including media files and contact data)
- Any indirect or incidental damages
- Any problems arising from the use of or inability to use this application
8. Intellectual Property
This application (including its design, functionality, and branding) is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute this application without permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate this application at any time without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of this application constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11.Payment and Subscription Terms
Choose any of the following subscription plans to access all features without restrictions:

You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time, but the cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited.
